Daydreams

I get caught up in my own thoughts a lot. I used to think this was a bad thing, and sometimes it can be a little superfluous. But there is this really great thing that can happen when you get into the daydreaming space. If you can imagine yourself being happy and fulfilled in an aspect of your life, you can get that much closer to finding out your truth.

Sometimes we are in our own heads when things aren't going great. We feel insecure about our jobs, relationships, or maybe physical bodies. That's when it's the best time to slip into a healthy day dream.

The best way to make positive changes can be picturing what it feels like to live the life you are imagining. The clearer you can make this dream, the closer you get to creating it for yourself. We so often ignore the powers of manifestation.

I've never heard a more accurate phrase than, "if you can dream it, you can do it." I urge everyone to take a moment to daydream the next time you feel like you're being challenged. Take a deep breath and ask yourself, "Why am I doing this?," "What does it look like on the other side of this?" Most of the time the challenge is worth it, and intended to help you grow. Get focused on what your life is going to feel like once you're out of the rough instead of focusing on being in an uncomfortable situation.

Daydreams give us a chance to realize what we want. Play it out in your head. Picture yourself living your best life and push yourself towards that life every day. You can live your fairytale, you just need to figure out what it is first.
